So although I'm biased as I favour MRC, I think that company has presented evidence to suggest that their stage 2 package which achieves up to about 600Nm for most 3.0 TFSI engines is probably the limit of what is 'reasonably' achievable. If you're asking how much boost you can run before you have to beef up a stock ALH block, around 28-30 psi. Any more and you'll need better rods, girdles, head studs, etc.

There's actually a vid circulating you tube and forums including this one of a twin turbo S5. The supercharger takes up a little more space than the stock intake but not alot. It may or may not work. So I think the pressure would be 700 to 1200 mbar gauge pressure. I think 1200 mbar = 1.2 bar. 1 bar = 14.7 psi gauge The range according to the book after being converted is 10.2 psi to 17.5 psi
